For MX situations, the FCC will consider the preference point totals; and issue their list of tentative selectees;

         

c) a 30-day Petition to Deny window will then open as to those selectees.

         

Upon completion of the petition to deny process, the tentative selectees will be issued construction permits

         

FCC issues dismissal of unsuccessful applications

         

FCC issues public notice for applications for ten watt stations. And it all starts again
