Comments on digital radio power increase 12/5/2008

Media Access Project submits these comments on behalf of Prometheus Radio Project, National Federation of Community Broadcasters, and New America Foundation (“Prometheus, et al.”) in response to the Commission’s Public Notice seeking comment on the Joint Parties’ technical studies and request for a digital power increase.
